Known for her innovative and legally savvy approach to the mortgage industry, Anastasia Bonholtzer is a mortgage lender with AMS Mortgage Services based in the South Bay with over a decade of experience in both the legal and real estate sectors. She merges the two fields to bring fresh perspectives to the mortgage industry and specializes in creating bespoke lending solutions for first-time homebuyers, divorcing couples, particularly those who are self-employed and have been turned down by traditional banks. Anastasia is a first-generation Russian immigrant and understands the importance of making wise financial choices. Inspired by the quote, "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you've imagined" by Henry David Thoreau, Anastasia quickly excelled as a loan originator in Southern California, becoming a respected community lender in Los Angeles serving this year as the 2023 Membership Director for the Women's Council of REALTORS® South Bay. She is also actively involved in her local community, holding various leadership positions in the Chamber of Commerce and being honored as the 2023 Ambassador of the Year, Rotary International and a Sponsor for the Tiny Home Shelter Improvement Project in North Redondo Beach providing semi-permanent housing to the underprivileged and homeless community of South Bay.
